1. Identify and prospect potential clients:


 Research and identify target industries, markets, and potential clients.

 Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, trends, and Competitor activities.

 Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.

 Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities and maintain a database of prospects.


2. Build and maintain client relationships:


 Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

 Understand client requirements, challenges, and goals.

 Present the company’s services to clients, highlighting their value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions to clients.

 Hospital collaboration, corporate collaboration, and events are being pursued as part of our formal initiatives.
