Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends and keep up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
• Utilize social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
• Conduct competitive research and analysis to benchmark our social media performance.
• Develop and maintain a social media calendar.
