1)    Recruitment and Selection.

2)    Induction for New Entrants

3)    Payroll Administration

4)    Handling overall PF, PT, ESI

5)    Maintaining attendance and leave details.

6)    Performance Management System.

7)    Employee Relationships & Welfare Activities

8)    Handling Insurance.

9)    Handling Exit formalities.

10) Also, admin-related works if needed.


Qualification requirement: Graduate / MBA HR.

  • Proficient in MS Office Package – Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point, Microsoft outlook
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
