The Business Development Executive will lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business; develop and maintain effective key customer relationships as well as ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities.
Responsibility:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
- Liable for global business development and lead generation for: Website Development or Mobile Apps Development.
Required Skills:
- A Graduate from any stream
- Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentation skills to close the sale.
- Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful sales strategies; have a working knowledge of the industry along with a pulse on what is forthcoming.
- Ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open market.
- Possess growth-oriented philosophy and be able to manage growth responsibly.
- Entrepreneurial-oriented philosophy
- Must have ITES Sales experience
