Roles and Responsibilities:1.Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs2.Screening resumes3.Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates4.Co-ordinating and conducting employment expos for the company .5.Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers6.Following up on the interview process status7.Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved8.Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process9.Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices10.Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations11.Completing timely reports on employment activity
