We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Udaipur on a full-time basis. Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and requirements for open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards and social media, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and shortlist prospects for further interviews.
- Facilitate interview processes, coordinating with candidates and interviewers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with budget and organizational needs.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records for efficient tracking and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and follow-up.
