Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings in accordance with Indian tax laws.
• Proficiently manage GST calculations, filing returns, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
• Administer PF contributions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with PF regulations.
• Ensure accurate calculation and payment of PT as per state regulations.
• Manage ESIC compliance and related processes for employees.
• Utilize Tally software for efficient accounts management, financial reporting, and other accounting tasks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws in all financial and accounting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making processes, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Proven work experience in similar job role.
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Payroll, TDS, GST, PF, PT, ESIC, Tally software, accounts management, statutory compliance, and labor law regulations in India.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations and labor laws.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
