Job Description for Business Development cum Client Servicing Manager:
Business Development:
Find new business opportunities for our agency
Research the market, competitors, and industry trends
Develop and execute strategies to win new clients
Prepare presentations and proposals to get new business
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new clients
Work with the marketing and sales teams to generate leads
Client Servicing:
Be the main point of contact for our clients
Understand the client's business and marketing goals
Coordinate the delivery of projects for clients
Make sure clients are satisfied with our work
Address any issues or concerns the clients have
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in business development and client servicing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent project management abilities
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing
Proficient in using project management and CRM tools
Creative problem-solving skills
Agency experience is a must
