Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join our team at Autocrest Automobile Services and International Training Private Limited in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing top-notch service and be adept at managing customer relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, listen to their service needs, and provide initial assessments
  • Maintain detailed records of all service work performed and recommend future maintenance to customers
  • Collaborate with automotive technicians to provide accurate service estimates
  • Ensure that service orders are completed on time and to customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with customers to confirm their service options and keep them updated on their vehicle status
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any unresolved issues
  • Promote additional services and products to maximize revenue and improve customer vehicle performance
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure a high level of customer retention
