Job Overview

We are hiring a Tandoor Commi L to join our team at Acacia Hotel in Morjim, Goa, India. As a Tandoor Commi L, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various Tandoor dishes. This is a full-time position with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Tandoor dishes according to recipes and hotel standards
• Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes

• Ensure food quality and presentation meets the standards
• Monitor food and supply inventory and place orders as needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
