Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Acacia Hotel, a leading hospitality company with a focus on providing exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel. This role is based in Delhi, Delhi, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Knowledge of banquet operations and upselling techniques
• Experience in making sales calls and managing customer relationships
• Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems and management software (e.g., IDS)
• Strong network of contacts in the local market

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns or issues
• Train and mentor junior sales team members
