Job Overview

We are seeking a Front Office Associate to join our team at Acacia Hotel in Morjim, Goa, India. Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Front Office Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Good listener and able to understand guest needs
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with hotel management software (IDS) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out, ensuring efficient and accurate procedures
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and effectively
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate shift reports
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel policies, procedures, and daily events
