Acacia Hotels and Villas Goa is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager/ Sales Executive to join our team at our Regional Sales Office in Goa. This position is critical to driving sales strategies and revenue growth for our esteemed hotel brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the hotel's objectives and revenue goals.

Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets and maximize revenue through proactive selling techniques.

Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers to promote repeat business.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies that enhance competitiveness.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Director of Sales in the hospitality industry, preferably within upscale hotels or resorts.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
