Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchase Executive to join our team in Chennai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be adept in procurement, inventory management, and market research.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong procurement experience to source materials and services effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained (Mandatory skill).
• Market research skills to identify the best suppliers and products (Mandatory skill).
• Effective negotiation skills to secure the best prices and contractual terms with suppliers.
• Sound understanding of supply chain management to streamline purchasing processes.
• Vendor management capabilities to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Analytical skills to assess suppliers, prices, and inventories comprehensively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of materials and services required for projects.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to facilitate uninterrupted project execution.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate them.
