Job Description: We are seeking a versatile and driven Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager to join our Company. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to achieve company objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for Project Walkthroughs (Project Highlights, location highlights) and Apartment Walkthroughs (Camera Angles, Renders, flow).
• Coordinate with multiple agencies for Drone Shoots, ensuring permissions, angles, floors, timelines, and payments are managed efficiently.
• Liaise with the design team for Specs & feasibility and coordinate setup of Sales Experience Centre and model unit at site.
• Coordinate with multiple agencies for Outdoor Media, including follow-up on signage permissions.
• Coordinate with agencies for Scale Model/Miniature setup at Sales Experience Centre in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Share inputs with the Marketing team for Project Brochures (Project USPs, Location USPs, reviewing content, Renders, and other inputs).
• Provide inputs to the design team for all creatives..
• Strategize Marketing Approaches for multiple projects including media selection, ad frequency, hoarding locations, digital marketing strategies, and event management.
• Plan and coordinate Site Branding at Projects ensuring effective implementation.
• Exercise full control over budgets and targets, ensuring adherence and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles within real estate, construction, or related industries.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and meet targets.
