Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Punjabi

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers professionally and provide timely and accurate information
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints by identifying issues and offering solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and positive interactions
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
