Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Production Executive for our Bangalore Urban facility. This full-time, junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will join our dedicated team in ensuring high standards of production and quality control. Qualifications and Skills

• Must have experience in coating processes with a strong understanding of industry-standard methodologies and equipment used in tablet production.
• Proficiency in granulation techniques is essential for preparing and handling granulated materials as part of the manufacturing process.
• Experience in tablet inspection is required to ensure the quality and consistency of products before packaging and distribution.
• Knowledge of compression technology to properly shape and size tablets consistently within specified parameters.
• Expertise in tablet polishing techniques to enhance the appearance and handling characteristics of the finished product.
• Familiarity with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) is essential for managing inventory efficiently and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues in the production process and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Excellent communication abilities to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a cohesive work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the production team to maintain optimal workflow and meet production targets efficiently.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the consistency and safety of NRT products at all production stages.
• Manage raw material inventories and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to uphold production integrity and prevent downtime.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports for review by senior management.
• Participate in continual improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and achieve operational excellence.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for all employees.
