Job Overview

We are seeking a Packaging Executive for our Bangalore Urban location. This is a Junior-level, full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves ensuring the quality and efficacy of our NRT product packaging using advanced technology to align with industry standards. Applicants must possess mandatory skills in Secondary Packaging and Blister Packaging.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong command of secondary packaging processes to ensure products are securely prepared for distribution across channels. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in blister packaging techniques to maintain product safety during transportation and handling. (Mandatory skill)
• Packaging design experience to innovate aesthetically pleasing and functional designs, enhancing product presentation on the market.
• Supply chain management understanding to streamline packaging processes and contribute to cost-effective distribution strategies.
• Expertise in quality control to uphold high safety and compliance standards throughout the packaging production line.
• Inventory management skills to accurately monitor and control packaging material stocks, ensuring timely procurement.
• Logistics knowledge to coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, optimizing the packaging process flow and delivery timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee packaging operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
