Job Overview:

We are seeking a Legal Advisor to assist in contract management, support intellectual property (IP) matters, and aid the legal consultant in various tasks. Strong drafting skills, interest in IP, and excellent communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, etc.).

 Maintain contract records and ensure timely renewals.

Intellectual Property: Assist with IP management, research, and compliance. Support IP-related disputes and filings.

Legal Research: Conduct research on contract, corporate, and IP law. Provide legal opinions to internal stakeholders.

Compliance: Assist with regulatory compliance and internal audits.

Support Legal Consultant: Aid the legal consultant in preparing legal documents, opinions, and reports.

Qualifications:

Education: LLB degree.

Experience in contract drafting and legal matters, IPR

Skills: Strong English communication, legal research, and MS Office
