Lead the sales team and drive revenue growth for TEXILA EDUCARE HEALTHCARE AND TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Full-Time position with more than 10 years of experience required.


Qualifications and Skills


  • More than 10 years of experience in sales and team leadership
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for team handling
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Responsible for the team's target.
  • Develop the team to its fullest potential and Develop a self managing team.
  • Training the team to use the tools efficiently which are given for communication and leads management.
  • Identify the weaklings and training them frequently, Analysis of the contacts assigned to the team and share the feedback or challenges to the marketing team.
  • Support the marketing team to generate good quality of leads and the market to be focussed on.
  • Responsible for the team's target.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective promotional materials
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
