Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage a team of software developers in the development and implementation of an ERP system for the mining industry.

·        Develop and implement software project plans.

·        Break down project requirements into manageable tasks.

·        Estimate timelines and resources.

·        Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks.

·        Manage communication between all stakeholders.

·        Ensure that the project meets all deadlines and quality standards.

Project Scope:

·        Develop an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the mining industry

·        Utilize low-code/no-code platforms for efficient development

Integrate AI/ML solutions to enhance the ERP system

Technical Skills:

·        Strong full-stack development skills (any technology/language)

·        Willingness to learn new technologies and implement ERP software

·        Prefer experience with low-code/no-code development platforms

·        Prefer experience with AI/ML

·        Candidates having experience working in Zoho Creator or Zoho Catalyst Projects will be an added advantage.
