Nagios Administration & handle basic and Complex issues related to Nagios, Trouble Shoot & resolve Problems

Creating trouble tickets , Incidents and assigning tasks to the appropriate team members.

Proactively monitoring of server, storage, backup, applications, and network environment alerts via monitoring tool and Email.

Troubleshoot & resolve as and when problems arise viz Alert not coming for specific device, server, application • Alert not coming for all hosts and services configured.

Monitoring both Windows and Linux systems & handling the technical chats, fixing most of the issues.

Server Performance and resource usage monitoring, optimization activity.

Monitor & Resolve issues related to Specific Alerts, Inaccurate Alert, Database issue , application level Issues

Configure the devices within the monitoring tool [threshold setup, Polling frequency defined, alert criticality

Diagnosis of OS related issue impacting Nagios operation / performance .

Calls not resolved to be escalated to to the L3 resource.
