Job description

We are seeking an experienced ELK Level 3 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the ELK Stack and its components, with a focus on log and data analysis, infrastructure monitoring, and system optimization. As an ELK Level 3 Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing our ELK-based solutions and integrating ELK with other monitoring tools & SM tools.

Job Location : Client Location - Noida sector 62

Required Skills:

·       5+ years of experience in observability engineering with a focus on ELK.

·       Proficiency in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana

·       Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).

·       Solid knowledge of Linux operating system

Nice to Have:

·       Experience with Prometheus, Splunk, Kloudmate, Nutanix

·       Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift).

Key Responsibilities:

• ELK Development: Design, implement, and maintain advanced ELK Stack solutions for log and data analysis, including custom pipelines and data enrichment.
• Log Ingestion: Develop efficient log ingestion pipelines using Logstash, ensuring data is parsed, transformed, and normalized for effective analysis.
• Elasticsearch Management: Manage Elasticsearch clusters, including index optimization, data retention policies, and scaling for performance and availability.
• Kibana Dashboards: Create and maintain complex Kibana dashboards and visualizations for real-time monitoring and data exploration.
• Alerting and Notification: Configure alerting and notification mechanisms within the ELK Stack to proactively identify and address issues.
• Data Parsing and Enrichment: Implement custom log parsing and data enrichment techniques to extract valuable insights from log data.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of ELK Stack components, including resource allocation, query performance, and index management.
• Security Implementation: Implement advanced security measures, access control, and encryption within the ELK Stack to protect sensitive data.
• Scaling Strategies: Develop and implement advanced scaling strategies to handle growing data volumes and user traffic.
• Integration: Integrate ELK Stack with various data sources, third-party tools, and applications.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Investigate and resolve complex issues related to log data, log parsing, and ELK Stack performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation on ELK Stack configurations, architecture, and best practices.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

·       Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
