Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, preferably in the real estate industry
• Proven track record in successfully sourcing and hiring candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Customer-centric approach and a strong focus on providing a positive candidate experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks, to connect with potential candidates
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
