Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools
• Experience in HR operations management and payroll processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
• Prepare and update job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related materials
• Assist in onboarding processes and conduct new employee orientations
• Handle HR payroll activities, including processing and managing employee salaries, leaves, and benefits
• Support HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, files, and databases
• Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving employee grievances and conflicts
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives
