Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Tesloye Consultancy Services. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients. This is a full-time position with a focus on client relations and talent acquisition. The job location is Borivali, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong client relations and client coordination abilities
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of various sourcing channels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications of selected candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation and candidate records
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
