Job Title: Senior Associate - Auditor

 Location: Ahmedabad 

Salary: 80,000 INR to 1,00,000 INR 


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate - Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in auditing, with a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA, and 3-5 years of relevant experience. The role requires a deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs). Candidates with experience in the US market are preferred. 


Key Responsibilities: Audit Planning and Execution: Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to relevant auditing standards and regulatory requirements. 


Financial Statement Review: Analyze and review financial statements to ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.


 Internal Control 

Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement where necessary. 


Client Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear and concise communication throughout the audit process.


 Team Collaboration: Work closely with audit teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members. 


Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest developments in IFRS, ISAs, and other relevant standards, and apply this knowledge to audit engagements. 


Reporting: Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management and clients.


 Qualifications: Professional Certification: CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent. 


Experience: 3-5 years of audit experience, preferably with exposure to international clients

. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFRS, ISAs, and related accounting and auditing standards

. US Market Experience: Prior experience in auditing US-based clients or working in the US market is a significant advantage.


 Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 


Attention to Detail: Ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies in financial statements and documentation.

 Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities.
