Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at Tesk Training Consultancy. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and is suitable for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to meet quotas and work well under pressure
• Familiarity with resume screening and applicant tracking systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates
• Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for various job openings
• Review and analyze resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers during the selection process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruitment database
• Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements
• Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes
