About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to handle client coordination and data
migration from one ERP system to another. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and
experience in data migration, financial systems, and effective client communication.
Responsibilities
1. Client Coordination:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Understand client needs and ensure seamless communication throughout the data
migration process.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of data migration.
• Address client concerns and questions promptly and effectively.
2. Data Migration:
• Execute data migration tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy when transferring data from one ERP system to
another.
• Validate migrated data to ensure consistency and correctness.
• Document data migration procedures and processes.
3. Financial Systems Knowledge:
• Utilize a strong understanding of financial systems, including currencies, currency
change ratios, and rates.
• Support accurate data migration and address client needs related to financial
systems.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
4. Implementation:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements.
• Implement solutions that meet client needs within the ERP systems.
5. Problem-Solving:
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the data migration process.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure successful data migration.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data discrepancies and system errors.
• Continuously improve data migration processes based on lessons learned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in data analysis to interpret financial data and identify trends effectively.
- Expertise in SQL for querying databases, manipulating data, and generating reports efficiently.
- Proven skills in financial modeling to create forecasts, budgets, and financial scenarios.
- Experience with ERP systems to manage financial transactions and processes seamlessly.
- Advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to perform data visualization to present data in an easily understandable and visually appealing format.
- Experience with data migration processes to ensure successful data transfers and integrity.
