We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team at Tesk Training Consultancy in Ahmedabad. As a Junior Estimation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our projects by providing accurate cost estimations, quantity takeoffs, and detailed bid analyses. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in estimation roles.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in cost estimation and quantity takeoff.
• Strong abilities in bid analysis and project scheduling.
• In-depth knowledge of construction practices and methods.
• Proficient in budget management, ensuring project costs are monitored and controlled effectively.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed tender documents.
• Ability to work with estimation software and tools for accurate results.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and project potential risks.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimations for various projects, ensuring all components and specifications are included.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs to determine the materials and labor needed for projects.
• Perform detailed bid analysis to evaluate and compare different project bids.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure budget compliance and efficient resource utilization.
• Prepare and review tender documents, making sure all requirements are clearly specified.
• Provide regular reports and updates on estimation progress and potential risks.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in cost estimation and project management.
