  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and their application in different organizational contexts.
  • Experience in compliance management, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to effectively.
  • Ability to carry out thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.
  • Understanding of various data protection laws and their implications on business operations.
  • Familiarity with privacy impact assessment to evaluate potential risks associated with data processing activities.
  • Expertise in data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Solid understanding of legal compliance to provide accurate guidance and implement compliant practices.
  • Knowledge of information security principles to maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and enforce data privacy policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Monitor and audit compliance with data protection legislation and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all operations comply with data governance standards.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of privacy impact assessments across various projects.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related issues and best practices.
  • Stay updated on changes in data protection laws and recommend necessary adjustments in policies.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
