Job Title: Design Engineer

Department: Design and Development

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical

 Very good English language skills (spoken and written)

 At least 1 year work experience in the design field.

 Must have intention for long-term employment

 Should know Auto CAD and Solidworks software's

 Strong problem-solving skills and creative approach for generating new ideas.

 An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles.

 An understanding of different construction and manufacturing methods.

 Comprehensive knowledge of the qualities of various materials; especially steels.

 An understanding of metal machining and fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Use software like Solidworks and AutoCAD to create models and drawings of parts,

assemblies, moulds, etc.

 Involvement in machine/mechanism assembly.

 Assist engineering staff in the design and development of systems and components.

 Organize and maintain existing engineering records.

 Collaborate with the engineering staff to produce design sketches and drawings in

accordance with applicable standards. Accurately incorporate symbols and

tolerances into design drawings.

 Interface with local vendor/supplier's companies.

 Cooperate and coordinate with colleagues, customers, vendors, etc. for achieving

company goals.

 Abide by the company code of conduct.
