N.R. Doshi & Associates is looking for a Company Formation Executive for their office based at

Ahmedabad.

Qualification: Company Secretary (CS) ( CS firm)

Experience: 5+ years.

We need candidate who worked In a CS Firm experience. and completed CS also.

Company Formation Executive are responsible for overseeing lead development, sales

consultations and license application process. This involves developing lead channels, scoping

new areas of business, cold calling, developing strategic partners, networking, document

creation, client interfacing and maintaining client database. Multi-talented and need to show

expertise in the wide range of key activities in which the role involves them.

 Shareholders documents.

 Correspondence with agent.

 Correspondence with clients.

 Bank statements.

 Accounts knowledge.

 Meaningful correspondence skills.

 Letters from Bank and other institutions.

 Investment plan.

 Biodata of investors.

 Proof of residence.

 NOC of Shareholders & Directors.

 Bank statements.

 Billing.

 Accounts information.

 Speaking and written in English language fluency.
