Skills & Abilities:

 Good Communication skills in English (Written as well as Verbal)

 0 - 5 years of prior business experience Statutory auditing

 Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit & Accounting

 The candidate will be expected to be a team member in large assignments whilst exercising

compliance with our Audit Manual, auditing standards, and legal regulations.

 Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to meet challenging client.

 Knowledge of applicable IFRS and business laws and regulations

 Ability to present concisely and descriptively in both oral and written formats

 Strong mentoring and performance delivery skills.

 Excellent client service skills, with the ability to understand the clients' Businesses.

 Ability to analyses complex processes and to determine the efficiency and

 Effectiveness of the process and related controls.

 Excel/Word capability required; flowcharting capability desired, audit

 Command Language (ACL) preferred

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in statutory audit, with a deep understanding of regulations (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge in conducting financial audits, focusing on accuracy and compliance (Mandatory skill).
• Understanding of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) framework (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in performing internal audits, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Skilled in preparing coherent and comprehensive financial reports for various stakeholders.
• Familiar with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) compliance and applications.
• Adept at planning and organizing detailed audit schedules and strategies.
• Good grasp of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and their implications on business processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct audits across various functions to evaluate the adequacy of controls and management processes.
• Identify audit findings, prepare audit reports and suggest strategies for improving internal controls.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze financial data, verifying the accuracy of records.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of audit plans and strategies for comprehensive audits.
• Enhance client satisfaction by delivering insightful analyses and clear recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest financial and audit standards to improve auditing practices.
• Support the wider consultancy team in various projects, extending functional audit support.
