Job Overview

Tesk Training Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Junior Account Reconciliation Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and expertise in account finalization and ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Financial Acumen (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated understanding of financial principles and the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
  • Accounts Finalisation (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in finalizing accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ledger (Mandatory skill): Expertise in managing and maintaining financial ledgers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to handle multiple accounts and transactions effectively.
  • Accounts Reconciliation: Experience in reconciling accounts accurately and promptly.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support financial decision-making.
  • Maintain and update financial ledgers to reflect accurate financial information.
  • Assist in the finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and issues related to accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of reconciliation tasks.
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
