Business Development Executive Job Description: As a Business Development Manager for Home Interiors, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow the company's customer base. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive sales and revenue. Responsibilities:  Develop and implement a sales and business development strategy to grow the company's customer base and revenue.  Identify new business opportunities in the home interior market and develop plans to capitalize on them.  Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive sales and revenue.  Research and analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.  Collaborate with the design team to develop customized interior solutions for clients.  Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.  Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's brand.  Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale.  Ensure that all sales and business development activities are aligned with the company's goals and values.  Provide feedback to the design and production teams to improve the quality of products and services. Requirements:  bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.  4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the home interior industry.  Strong knowledge of the home interior industry and trends.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Should Generate Clients by Independently  Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  Experience with sales and business development tools.
