Role- Business Development Executive 

Location- Wilson Garden, Bengaluru 

Budget- As per the experience: 

Job Brief: 

We are looking for a business development executive to join our team. As a business development executive, you will identify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, and manage leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met. 

Responsibilities: 

  

  1. Prospect Explorer: Talk to people who might be interested in our products and services, understand what they need, and offer them customised solutions. 

Work along with Technical team to do the demo and negotiate to turn them into customers. 

  1. Market Watcher: Keep an eye on the markets we want to reach and stay updated on what's happening in the industry. 
  2. Networking Expert: Attend industry events and conferences for meeting new customers. 
  3. Quick Responder: Get back to potential customers fast, answer their questions, and give them the information they need to make a decision. 
  4. Relationship Builder: Build strong relationships with customers, build a partnership, and learn about their business and industry. 
  5. Customer Checker: Check in with customers regularly to make sure they're happy with our products and services. Find ways we can make things even better for them. 
  6. Presentation Expert: Make great presentations to showcasing our value proposition to customers. 
  7. Pipeline Builder: Build pipeline using cold calls, social media, emails, and other tools. You'll also keep track of these potential customers and make sure we stay in touch with them. 

 

 

Requirements and skills 

  • 2-5 years of experience in any IT products company (Preferably Cyber security or Cloud based company) as a sales representative. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients 
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies 
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills 
  • Time management and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change 
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
