Role & Responsibilities :

  • Must have a huge database of the vendors and the Prime Vendors and Should have strong relations with the Prime vendors.
  • Having Direct Contact with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners and generating new relationships with new vendors.
  • Stay in constant touch with the consultants to keep a track of everything.
  • Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e., From Sourcing Job Requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc., to Submitting the Bench Consultants, Negotiating the best Rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.
  • Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
  • As a Bench Sales should involve in selling the bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing.
  • Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company
  • Set up interviews and closed candidates for various positions.
  • Responsibilities include calling on prime vendors, developing corporate account relationships, presenting consultants, negotiating, and finalizing contracts.
  • Arranged interview calls for consultants and gave my best to place them on projects as early as possible.
  • Expert in Job Portal searches like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech fetch, indeed, LinkedIn etc. and also other networking Methods.
  • Should Contribute Individually and as a team player.
  • Worked with prime vendors to avoid layers.
  • Business Development, adding vendors to the account and managing them.
  • Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT staffing and consulting industry.
  • Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants (all kinds of skills and Visas).


Desired Candidate Profile:


Must have 8+ years of bench Sales experience.

Must have good communication skills and negotiation skills.

Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa.

Excellent phone etiquette/professionalism and cold calling skills.

Individual Contributor, Team player and also Manage the team

This is an Onsite Role @PSR Prime Towers, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
