ROLE: Sales Development Representative

JOB LOCATION: Bangalore
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to achieve our sales objectives.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify and develop potential customers.
- Generate high potential leads through discovery calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns and grow a pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, discovery calls, and nurture them for graduation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team, Business Development, and Category team to develop strategic sales initiatives.
- Manage the entire sales process from generating interest to first customer contact to setting up qualified meetings for the Sales team.
- Build a strong pipeline of Sales Qualified Opportunities by penetrating new accounts.
- Deploy a mix of high-volume cold calling (a minimum of 60+ dials per day), emailing & social selling techniques in order to access decision makers.
- Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in CRM, ensuring all communications are accurately logged.
- Prepare sales forecasts reports and track key account metrics.
- Drive net new pipeline and revenue growth through inbound lead qualification
REQUIREMENTS:
- 0-2 years of experience in generating outbound leads in domestic markets
- Should have / be comfortable to work in high-performing teams aiming to go above and beyond set expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
- Self-driven and resilient to unprecedented challenges.
- Comfortable talking & pitching to prospects at all levels of the organization (CXOs,
- Supply Chain teams, Business teams etc.)
- Assertive and persuasive. Need to have a highly competitive personality.
- B2B SaaS / IT Product/ IT Services experience is a plus.
