Job Overview

We are hiring a Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team at Tenovia. This role involves managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of tax laws and compliance is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including invoicing, billing, and expenses
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cost reports
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data
• Perform financial analysis to support decision-making
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and systems
• Stay updated with relevant regulations and best practices in finance and accounting
