Job description:

  • To enable a Radiologist and the supporting staff to focus on the operational needs resulting in quality service.
  • Implement, evaluate and monitor day to day operational work and its progress and rectify problems.
  • Use appropriate communication channels in a timely fashion to all concerned as per the established guidelines.
  • To ensure all reports are complete and accurate.
  • Provide daily reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
  • Be aware of peer review process, clinical trials and electives.
  • Must be flexible in terms of working on multiple tasks simultaneously and on changes in procedures.
  • Proof reading to produce accurate and high quality of work.
  • Strict adherence to Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA).
  • Adherence to QA standards for Client Coordination.
  • Be aware of the ABR/Primary Radiologist schedule and accordingly monitor assigned cases and intervene if necessary.
  • Closely monitor Worklist and ensure that the clients SLAs’ are met on case to case basis.
  • Communicate for backup/reassigning if necessary.
  • Effective communication in case of, missing images.
  • Contribute in achieving TATs by proactive assigning or reassigning of cases.
  • Adhere to procedures while assigning cases.
  • Strict adherence to TAT for stroke protocol.
  • Strict compliance to SPIKE PROTOCOL .
  • Effective proactive liaison with other departments for resourcing, services as necessary during SPIKE PROTOCOL.
  • Ensuring occupancy of team members by scheduling as per process and leave management.
  • Actively participate in the selection procedure of the Process Executives.
  • Responsible for creating process SOPs’ and constantly update as required.
  • Sending daily/weekly reports to reporting head.
  • Any other duties assigned by Reporting Manager.

Desired Qualification: MHA/ Science Graduate

Skills and experience: 15 Years of experience

  • Self-driven, Mature, Credible, and Comfortable in handling stressful situations.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at different levels and from various backgrounds.
  • Must be adept in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel to a basic level, Internet and mail.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and environment.
  • Good typing speed (Minimum of 30 – 40 wpm) and accuracy
