Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all carrier relations inquiries
• Respond to carrier requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Negotiate service contracts with carriers
• Monitor carrier performance and compliance with company policies
• Work with other departments to resolve issues with shipments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
• Keep abreast of changes in transportation regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with carriers
• Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary
• Prepare reports on carrier performance
• Assist in the development of new business opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned
