Designation: HR- Senior Executive

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Salary: 28 to 31K CTC Monthly

Job Location: Vasanth Nagar, Priority-1

Qualification and Skill set :

• Any Graduation preferably HR,
• Core- Recruiting with different sources multiple portals and HR links. 
• Good communication skill, Kannada Must Know, Interaction with clients.
• Sourcing on Technical candidates.
• Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on Darwin box to enable accurate reporting.
• Conduct telephone screens using standard templates ensuring that all candidates submitted on the short list to the hiring manager meet required quality standards.
• Accountable for the quality of the short list presented to the hiring manager, and for presenting and selling the short list to the hiring manager.
