Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Oracle ERP applications, including identifying and resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective

actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project

managers, to deliver Oracle ERP projects on time and within budget.
