Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, data model, and technical components. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud, BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and REST APIs. Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, or Oracle Integration Platform is preferred. Must have hands on experience with complex Fast formula development. Develop and execute test cases for unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing of technical components. Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver Oracle projects on time and within budget.
