Strong understanding of Learning processes and best practices. Design, configure, and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements, including but not limited to Recruitment and Learning Management. Design recruitment workflows, candidate selection processes, and job requisition management systems within Oracle HCM. Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules to align with client requirements. Should have done documentation such as Test Scripts, user manuals and training guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver Oracle projects on time and within budget. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Oracle certifications Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Taleo Recruiting is a plus. Work from Office is required
