3-5 years experience in HR/People business partnering or COE roles in an early or growth stage startup, preferably from software product development company

Applicants with a degree from a reputed or premium college will be preferred

● Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

● Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technology tools such as Zoho People, Zoho

Expense, ADP etc.

● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively..
