Job Overview

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired qualifications.
  • Source potential candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and shortlist applicants based on defined criteria to proceed with the recruitment process.
  • Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ skills, experience, and possible fit within the company.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with potential candidates, managing expectations on both ends.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends to ensure competitive hiring methods.
  • Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain an effective candidate relationship management framework to support future hiring needs.
