Job Overview
This is a Junior-level position based in Uppal Kalan for a US IT Recruitment role at Vigneshsoft Innovations Pvt Ltd. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired qualifications.
- Source potential candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist applicants based on defined criteria to proceed with the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews to assess applicants’ skills, experience, and possible fit within the company.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with potential candidates, managing expectations on both ends.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to ensure competitive hiring methods.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain an effective candidate relationship management framework to support future hiring needs.
