1.     Proven experience as BDM US Staffing

2.     Strong Technical Staffing experience preferably in IT

3.     Develop a business model for engaging new clients to our organisation.

4.     We are excited to onboard someone who has proven experience in a driving model of creating a pool of clients.

5.     A passionate professional who can fly in and onboard the model of bidding and specialized in procurement.

6.     Leverage your existing relationships and network to open a new business

7.     Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients and a consistent track record of acquiring new clients.

8.     Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support

9.     Have a clear understanding of technical roles and responsibilities and be able to communicate the client's requirements to the staffing team

10. A successful candidate must have a can-do attitude and be a customer-focused person. Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and ambitious, with excellent written and oral communication skills, client relationship-building skills, and a robust sales skill set.
