Position : US IT - Inside Sales Representative / Business Development Executive
Location : Hitech City, Hyderabad
Shift : US /Night Shift (6.30PM to 3.30AM IST)
Experience : 1-3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree and 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, sales or technology field.

The Sales Development Representative role increases the quality and quantity of qualified leads for the sales force resulting in stronger pipelines and increased revenue by fostering prospects, building trust and rapport that leads to opportunity.
Sales Development Representatives will be considered for future direct sales positions over time.
Responsibilities:
Generate qualified (B.A.N.T.) leads for the sales force via cold and warm (marketing activity via Pardot) outreach via email, phone, social media, etc. to a targeted list of accounts.
Build rapport over a long-term, multi-touch relationship. With contacts by offering resources (webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.) and understanding where the prospect is in the buying process.
Gather key information from Demand Base (Search Engine) to update the CRM system and develop a follow-up strategy.
Identify opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criterion for the sales field.
Gain contact consent to schedule phone appointments for members of the sales force to have deeper conversations with the contact.
Sourcing new clients (Fortune 1000 to mid-sized corporations), via prospecting, cold calling and conducting sales meetings virtually or at client sites
Generating new business and cultivating existing IT partnerships for both contract and permanent opportunities
Qualifying opportunities through research, discovery meetings, networking as well as traditional and unconventional avenues
Working with internal recruiting and technical screening teams to identify the appropriate talent via Staffing Requirements from USA, Canada and India
Networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
Self-motivated with the ability to perform with minimal supervision
Understanding of common enterprise level technology platforms
Ability to interact with client representatives in a consultative manner
Experience cold calling for new business / Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to succeed
Excellent verbal and written skills / Relevant training will be provided in sales and marketing from Tektree stand point.
Prior experience working for consulting firms, systems integrators, or software/technology firms is strongly desired.
